1. Purpose

The Receiving Party will provide social media support services under The ConsultME, including managing assigned social media accounts, engaging in online discussions, and supporting digital narrative positioning initiatives.

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that all information, strategies, and activities related to these projects remain strictly confidential and are executed in alignment with the standards and direction of The ConsultME.

2. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes all information or material disclosed by The ConsultME that has or may have strategic, operational, or reputational value.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media account access and login credentials

Task assignments and engagement instructions

Content strategies and narrative direction

Internal communications, campaigns, and coordination plans

Any political, client, or project-related information

All such information is to be treated as strictly confidential.

3. Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

Maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any information to third parties

Use all information solely for assigned project duties under The ConsultME

Follow all instructions, scripts, and engagement guidelines provided

Manage and operate assigned social media accounts responsibly

Engage in commenting, posting, and if required, participating in live discussions in alignment with provided direction

Avoid profanity, offensive language, or any behavior that could damage the reputation of The ConsultME, its clients, or affiliated projects

Represent assigned narratives professionally and consistently

4. Payment

The Receiving Party will be compensated a minimum of $70 per week, including the minimum management of ten (10) social media accounts and completion of required engagement activities.

Additional compensation may be provided based on project demands, expanded responsibilities, or performance. Bonuses or adjusted payments may be issued at the discretion of The ConsultME, depending on the needs and intensity of the project.

5. Term

This Agreement shall commence on the date first written below and shall continue until terminated by either party with written notice.

The obligation to maintain confidentiality shall survive termination of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.
